For all the advantages living together may provide ,there is no guarantee that it will translate into a good marriage .

that is very true
take it slow, in stages
make sure each one is good before going to the next one
maybe keep the dreaming high and expectations low, just to avoid any possible disappointments
I think be happy when somebody loves you, be happier when the say yes to a date, then hopefully it grows nicer with time
no guaratee of that though
