my cousin wants to divorce his wife. she has gone to pakistan to her parents. now he want to send a divorce letter declaring the end of their marriage. somebody can help me please????

not like this buddy ..... he needs a documentary proof that if where needed he can show the others that they are not husband and wife anymore. plz send me the sample if you or anyone has. thanks
