Unlucky 13 in myLot guideline

Should not every member of mylot community includine new user must read and remorize instruction laid down under myLot guidelines. I have dull brain so read it often and I found that there is 13 instruction under DO's and 26 instruction Now for the DON'Ts and this 26 is divisible by 13 or a double 13. So do you think we are under unlucky 13 guidelines but lucky when we earn money and knowledge from this site.
