i think that your computer is infected by dangerous virus ...first install antivirus i prefer ava........and also cler your cookies......

sometimes my computer acts the same way. it is usually this way when my hard drive is getting full of files and other data. sometimes i do a disk cleaner and that helps. other times i run a virus scan and something shows up. i delete it and let the system shut down and restart. but there were times in the past when my computer was so bad i had to uninstall and reinstall my windows operating system. try a antivirus scan first. if that does not help, then try to clean up your unused files in your hard drive. i hope this helps you

Have you tried deleting your cookies? If worst comes to worst you may possible have a virus. I just had to remove a virus from my sister's computer this morning. You have an anti-virus on your computer right? Have you tried running a full scan to see what may be the cause of the sluggishness?
