net.. an addiction!

i spend hours sitting in frount of this machine.... it has cut down my activites........ is it addiction?

Yes, you are addicted to computers. To get it de addicted, better travel often.

I think that it is an addiction if you can't last a whole day without going online. But if you can still control it and you can get busy with other activities that are not related to the internet, then it is not an addiciton especially when you have nothing else to do. In your case, when it has cut down your activities, then I think it is an addiction.

i think its an addiction. better read some new books, go for travel and all. otherwise this will prove bad for u.

uncontrollable habit is a form of addiction. Instead of doing the assigned task, you'll do it to satisfy your own pleasure.
