What events/parties/gatherings have you organized? What were the problems that you encountered? All in all, were they successful?

we school friends and my business parties are always organized by me and out of 50 i got problem only for 3 times that is of because all my friends asked me to have cocktails from big hotel and his big hotel delayed our whole parties
