What can you say to the countries (US and Australia) which did not sign the Kyoto Protocol. The protocol was an agreement made United Nations Framework COnvention on Climate Change (UNFCC). Countries that ratified this protocol commit to reduce their emissions of CO2 and other green house gases.

As for as I know,US did not signed the Kyoto Protocol, which is a reason that many countries blamed for. I think the Koyoto Protocol is nonsense if US does not take part in.
