What kind of movie is good movie to watch with a girl ?

depends on the type of person. some people like thought provoking movies, some like tear jerkers, some romantic ones, some even action - like a previous poster said, ask her to pick one, though my personal opinion is planning an outdoor activity like a trip to the zoo, museum or such places which naturally evoke conversation is a way better bet than watching a movie and keeping quiet for those whole 2 hours or so!

If you want to take her to a movie, make it a chick flick. After the movie don't just go home, do something else. Walk around the mall, go out for ice cream, do something where you can talk and get to know each other. If you have nice weather where you are ask her out for lunch and make it a picnic.

I think the best choice is what she wants to watch. Let her choose the film. She will respect you for letting her have a decision and you won't have to worry if you are picking the right film for her.
