Young Hypertension....

You are under 35 and feel fine, yet the doctor says your blood preasure is high and you'd better come back to have it checked again.Being a red-blooded male,you figure five years will be soon enough.After all,isn't high blood preasure an old man disease?

hypertension is overloading the mind with multiple thoughts or pressures, that the mind or brain cannot able to withstand..so we burst out in hypertension and tension

My little brother has suffered from some degree of hypertension for quite a few years now, he is currently 27 years old and has been on medication for it since he was about 20 years old. My father also passed away as a result of a massive heart attack when he was 43 years old. So, in our family it is important to pay attention to our heart health and to act in a proactive way. If you are suffering from hypertension, then you should have treatment for it to ensure your health.

alot of young peopel have hypertension due to the lifestyle and diet. living a healthy life would really help alot especially in our ehalth. diet is also very important since the food we eat usually lead us to diseases if we dont eat healthy foods. exercise is also importanta nd smoking cessation and lesseninga lcohol consumption

Its the new generation, foods now have more bad components that harms our health. Like what they serve in fast food chains or restaurants. Also because of the new technology, it made people lazier and dont have time to exercise. Exercise and a healthy diet still proves that its the best way we can avoid these diseases. :)
