When Friends Leave

My best friend just told me that she plans of moving away. Of course, I feel happy for her, but I am also sad. This came on suddenly. We were talking just last week about maybe starting a business together. A few days later a man from her past shows up. Now she says she will be moving to West Virginia with him.
I've never heard her mention this man before, although she says she has known him for 20 years. I guess I'm still a little bit in shock. I'm not sure what to think. If your best friend suddenly sprang this type of news on you from nowhere what would you think? How would you react? Am I wrong for being worried that she might be rushing into something?

I would be crushed if this happened. Especially if it was on such short notice like that. I value my friendships over about anything else. I hope she is ok with her abrupt move. It sounds fishy to me, but I don't know.

As it turns out, she went to West Virginia for a short time, but is back in Michigan at least for now. They are looking for a business that he can buy here so that they can make their home in Michigan instead so that she can remain here among her friends.

When you love your friends you naturally worry about them and certainly that would have come as a blow to anyone who considered a work relationship and then all of a sudden this news. If it's meant to be your friend will be happy which is all you really want for her anyway ! If it's not meant to be she'll return and if the friendship is tight on both ends she will always keep in touch. Good Luck and I wish you and your friend the very best...Take Care

I would really feel sad..I will ask him is there an option if you can stay back..if no,then I will try saying to my mind that nothing is going to be there always with you for lifelong..Then I will cool down and try keep in good touch with him for ever...
