Hey there!
I work at Nucomm as a Qwest Communications Chat IT Tech/Sales Rep. Basically I sit at a computer all day and when people are surfing the Qwest web site (not Quest, please please do not confuse them lol) an icon will pop up of a weird looking man asking people if they have questions or need help that they can chat with live people. I am one of the "live" people lol..
I like my job. I don't do any crazy heavy work, my pay is definitely very good, and most of my customers are very nice and actually make me smile.
What do you do, do you like it, and why do you like/not like your job?

Unfortunately I do not like my job. I work at a steel mill and I deal with customer claims all day. If a customer short pays an invoice I have to find out why and then I have to talk to the salesman and find out if they are right or if we are right. If they are right then a claim needs to be written by the salesman. Dealing with salesman is like dealing with two year olds. (No offense to sales people, maybe its just the salesman I deal with). I have to constantly bug these guys about the claims needing to be written. A good example is this, there is this customer that has had a debit for probably a year now and the salesman keeps telling me the same answer, "We are working on a price with them." BULL!! He never calls them and I am constantly reminding him to do so. I hate my job and as soon as I get done with school, I'm quitting!
