I am Greek and in our country we have a very famous story teller of fables called AESOP..and he is famous all over the world. Also I have read many Sufi stories from the Old Hui Hui saints..My husband who is a Chinese always tells me Chinese stories..but the next day because my head is so overloaded I forget them ah..though they get internalised in my heart..I am looking forward to hearing your stories..and I will collect them..Whe my brain can remember them I will post them here too..Thankyou for being a friend!

Folktales and Fables are the best ways to drill morale values into the mind of the kids. I used to read them a lot. The story of the farmer and his sons, where the farmer asked his sons to break a bundle of sticks tied together to show the significance of unity, moved me a lot. The story of Miller and Donkey has also a message. Fables are unique in the sense that each of them transpires a distinct message using simple language.
