Deck - Bottom step too high off ground for one problem!
Oh gawdddd. I've so much home improvement to do around here. I am not very mechanically inclined so most MAJOR things are done by a contarctor. I also prefer a pro doing a lot of these things just for the gaurantee aspect if things do go wrong. We had some of my wifes friend build this deck on the from of the house. It was cheap but so was the handywork. Hard to tell by this photo I attached but it could have been a LOT better. I have a future son-in-law that's going to help out soon with a little work around here. I just have to buy some newer power tools. Yesss a mans shopping fantasy. The tool section of a Home Depot or Lowes. Hahahaha! Anyhow he is going to help me install a new door and screen door this weekend I hope. Also gutters on the front of my house. Maybe shelving in the garage and basement. No not all this weekend but this year. Hahahaha! I can do most these things I know but I do need a helper to hold things etc while I do the work. I can't expect my wife to help on Sundays as it's her only day off all week. So let's home Andy shopws up Sunday. It's gonna cost me cash but it's things that have to get done. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!

Definitely call in the pros! My husband is so not a do it yourselfer. He would probably like to be, but it just doesn't work for him. He is always telling me about things that he is going to strt doing around the house, but I don't worry anymore because I have learned after seven years that it is not going to happen :)
