Saturday was my youngest grandsons 6th B-Day party. It turned out to be a blast. Must have been about 15 kids there total. Glad my daughter did it all and not me. Hahaha!! The wife and I had to leave before we got to see him opne any presents or eat any cake. She had to be to work and we missed the real fun. (cake). Here's a picture of Hunter as he finally broke the Pinata. I always look forward to the grandsons birthdays and holidays with them. There's nothing sweeter than a small childs face & eyes as they enjoy the festivities. Anyhow I just wanted to share this picture and let all know what I did Saturday. After dropping the wife off I then went to 2 A.A. meetings and an AA dinner/bonfire. Good times were had by me all day Saturday.

These kiddies birthday parties are exiting, even when they are older.
I was ammused by your grandsons, as there he was with the pinata.
It is my daughters 14th birthday party this Saturday. She is having a pinata too. Of course, we have to make it & I have already done 3 layers of paper mache. She is making it into a pig, and has made the lergs & nose, but it's going to be hard to stick them on.
There will be 14 girls at her party. Three are sleeping overnight.
Rated your photo & wrote a comment.

14 teenage girls? YIKES!!!
I recall when my daughter was a teen with her sleep over parties.
Too much for a father to handle.
Have fun and tell her Happy B-Day from me.

Cute pic! Sounds like you had a blast. I went to some yard sales Saturday morning, then went walking in the woods & fished Saturday night. It was pretty fun. All but the bugs:) The bonfire sounds like alot of fun. I am wanting to roast marshmellows & hot dogs outside for my niece soon. She has never gotten to do that & I know she would love it. I think we might do it this weekend or next weekend.

I have a feeling that if my future son-in-law shows up this weekend to help put in a door that the wife daughter and grandkids will be garage saling also. Hee hee hee.

I really find genuine enjoyment in children's party especially if its my children's birthday party. Nothing really warms the heart and make us feel young again by being able to spend the day with the children and having fun. I'm pretty sure too that your such birthday party of your grandson will also be one of his good memories that he will tuck somewhere and cherish in the future. Have a funfilled day Grandpa Bob!

Nothing like celebrating the birth of a loved one, I was the oldest of 5 kids, seem when dad came home from work in the spring and in the fall, mom would get pregnant, she had the five of us within 6 years..lol..my brother is like 10 months younger than me..but we didn't have birthday party's..mostly because there were 5 that mom had to throw every year and they were two in the spring, and three in sept, and it was just rough financially...
My daughter is turning 16 on the 5th of April, and I cant wait to throw her a party, its actually a surprise party, she has no idea, coz she sorta pissed me off last week, and I told her no party's because of it.. but little do she know..its hard not telling her...gonna be like 15 of her friends here...oh god help me!!...sounds like you had quite the busy day on Saturday...my whole week has been chaotic...it will be nice to slow down a little...

Is it at that itchy stage?
