How do I find out if a company is legit or bogus?
Not real Concerned here.
This is not an online business but an off line one.
Located an ad in a newspaper. Hubby applied (or should say I sent the email) Sounds good but..............
Any suggestions about how I can see if it is above board and legal

one good way is to probably to reaserch the company itself. look it up online on the BBB or even try The Rip-Off Report. it may or it may not be on there. if the business is approved by the BBB then you atleast know its legit. but you should always take percausions when looking for jobs, especiall in the newspaper.
