Well after such a disheartening performance in the World Cup cricket what do you guys suggest the Indian managements should do in the form of changes to the current Indian team. Though you think that all the senior players should be removed and we should bring new players always should find out who are not performing well and replace them with young players. Do think the captain should be changed and FAS men who should be the next captain. If you think the coach should be changed then what to think is a better option. One man this is a very hot topic and I am very interested to see what do you guys think about this looking for some good improvement tips From you guys.

I think the coach is not at all responsible for the defeat. It is the players who are responsible for the defeat.Coach can only give instructions outside..Its the players who should implement it in the ground...I dont think Dravid as a captain did something wrong in his decisions...He played decently and made the right choices at the right time.Only problem was none of them fired at the right time.So no need to change either of them..What now India needs is some rest from all these and later get back and think and discuss what and where it went wrong.Try to discuss them in detail and find out a solution for each..Each of the players should be analysed individually and they should study of their own what went wrong for each of them...?

The following objective moves are required to pull our Indian Cricket from the present rut: 1. Chairman of BCCI should be a renowned Indian Cricketer of yester-years with impeccable integrity and defintely should not be a POLITICIAN! 2. Selection Committee members should be also cricketers of yester-years with proven track record. They should have played atleast 50 test matches and 25 ODIs. For Batsmen (to be a selection committe member) the criterion could be an minimun average of 50 runs in Test Matches and 60+ runs in ODIs with a strike rate of over 90%. For Bowlers (to be a selection committee member), he should have got 150 wickets or more in test matches and a minimum of 50 wickets in ODIs. 3. Regional representation in the committee should NOT be made mandatory. 4. Players should not take up commercial endorsement for first 3 years of representing the country. This is a wishful thinking that seldom happens!!!!

Simple their batting they should be told to stay at the wicket and milk runs,if i case situation demands they should send in a big hitter in 4 or 5 position.

First and foremost make the BCCI a little more accountable. They just sit there and eat all the money, all the while punishing these poor cricketers. The second thing we have to realize is that cricket has changed a lot. Look atthe match between SA and Aus the last time around they played and you will realize the difference. It is all about power, athleticism and attitude-skill comes later. So get a coach who understands this modern version of the game..Greg is one of them. He wanted to drive this into the heads of Indians.. sadly we are a decade behind others and dont realize things until they go out of hand. Third, the selectors should be a little more credible. of the selectors wehave now, only Vengsarkar carries the players' confidence.. all others are lobbyists for their zones. Also this stupid zonal system of selection should be dispensed off with. Fourth, all politics should be put off cricket. Get politicians off the circles..top to bottom levels. Also the inhouse politics that take place in the local teams also hampers talent. We have to accept the fact that we are grossly dearth of talent now. Do all this.. you will have a steady flow of players who will live upto the reputation. The indigenous system of sacking the captain...blaming the whole thing on one man.. developed by some of our very own dumbheads who know nothing better than to sit in their plush offices and direct the whole thing as if it is their own has to go... You cant have a different coach and a different captain for a different series. It happens in our hockey..it better not happen in cricket
