Full body massage is a great way to get a blissful relaxation and can surely drive you to a sound sleep. After I get a full body massage at the spa, I have to go straight to my bedroom and throw myself unto my dream land.:P And sometimes, I was tempted of just dialing a spa and getting my full body massage just at home. That way I can just go on and sleep like no other right after my massage...:P How about you, do you still go to a spa to get a great body massage or you just dial the numbers and have them at your own house? Why so?

i try to go to a spa to have a massage. what i hate is when it's about to go home. i want to sleep after the massage and yet, i can't go on sleeping since i need to go home after. thing is, i don't even have a car. so, i need to take a cab home. it's better to have it done at home. after the massage, i'd go straight away to sleep. more relaxing. but i don't call for someone from a spa to get to me and give me a massage. i am lucky to have my mum around. she gives me a massage whenever i want one. hihi. especially a back and foot massage. plus it's done with love so, it's much better. very relaxing and i can sleep, too.

Exactly! I hate it when I need to stand there on the road waiting for a ride where in fact all I wanna do is throw myself unto my bed... well, good thing though coz there are lot of "dial a spa" services now... good for the lazy people life me.. hehe

I love full body massages but would feel strange if they came to my house. I like when my husband gives me them and I am relaxed at home. I do go to the spa twice a year and it makes me feel great. I have my favorite spa that I go to.

True, it does feel great getting a massage once in while.

At most times, the members of the family take turns at massaging each other. It may not be as relaxing as the ones we get from the professionals, but its relaxing enough, alright.

true. it might not be done professionally, but it's also relaxing. just thinking of having it at home, having it in the comfort on your own place is really better.

I haven't experienced body massage at a spa eversince. How does it feel? DOes it make any difference with having a massage done at home? What I've experienced was home body massage. We have someone to do the massage for us. Her name is Sunshine. She's a blind person yet she have even graduated from reflexology. It's kinda less expensive if we'll do it at home rather than doing it in a spa. After the whole massage,it also puts me down to sleep...a very good sleep, indeed. :)

There are no spas in my hometown, alas I live in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the Atlantic ocean..lol.. when I do get massaged its by my lovely husband, and he is very talented, many times I have just falling asleep while he is massaging my tired shoulders...he is gentle and soothing. I would probably go to a spa if we had one, but the intimate massages i receive at home are way better in my opinion....hehe

Hi! I love a full body massage.I find it really relaxing.I like getting it done at home so i just call and have it done at home as i find it more relaxing having it in my room.I love to get myself pampered once in a while. When you think of all benefits a massage does to your body no one will ever forgo a massage.I feel more comfortable and relaxed in my home.

I would love to do that at home in my own beautiful room! :-P but i can't because my room at home is not very spacious, and temperature is so hot in there and difficult to have privacy at home. So i do my body massage in the spa.. with its airconditioned room with realxing, soothing music and with privacy at least when i arrange for an eclusive room, that is.

Full massage at home, actually this is a lot of convenience since my sister is a masseau and she massage every member of the family during weekend. We have to pay her of course because she massage us.

I haven't I'm big and male, maybe she would be afraid I don't like to scare people Also, my best massage therapist only works mornings and lives in another state. I have some dreams of that sort of thing. Gonna become a massage therapist even. SO maybe my life could be like that. Every other day anyway.

Hello rexy_leigh I like it both, in the spa or at home. But if in the spa we don't have to clean up by myself after that. God bless you *angel www.beautycosmetictips.com

I have gone through massage school, so often times I will give friends and loved ones massages in my home or in their home on my massage table and they love it. I usually get mine done at a spa, but I am a little pickier than others so it's usually not quite as good as expected. *sigh*

I wish i could have a chance to have body message. It's so relaxing, then you can bleach your skin so it looks shining. I prefer have it at spa then at home - more proffesional, i guess.

To be honest with you, I have never had a full body massage. I've never had any kind of massage. Guys have tried giving me back rubs but I tense up because if they go near my neck, I get the chills. If I were to get a massage, I'd probably go out to a spa. I would want to get the whole package, manacure, pedicure and then full body massage! Hopefully one day I'll actually get this stuff done instead of just talking about it.

Having been a massage therapist (non-practicing at present) and the recipient of over 200 massages, I can emphatically state that all massage is not created equal. There have been times that I have left my body it was so blissful, and others that felt like someone was beating me up. As for the spa/home matrix, definitely at home. Spa's are too cold and clinical, the warmth of the atmosphere is an important component. If your therapist has a space in their own living quarters, then that too is fine.

I agree . Full body massage eases stress from a hard days work and activities. I usually phoned spa massagers for a home service so that i won't bother going to their place and have it right at home. It makes me feel free of all the pressures after a busy day, makes the mind relaxed and have a satisfying sleep.
