I also love sisig. At first i didn't like it because it looks eeckie but when my friends force me to try it, gosh! i got addicted to it. But of caourse i don't eat it everyday.

I have always love pinakbet!
uhmmm.. this is making me hungry!
anyway, for me pinakbet is the most delicious and most versatile Filipino dish. From what i remember theres a restaurant here in that featured lots of different kinds of pinakbet.

Pinakbet! I just had pinakbet for dinner! The real Ilocano pinakbet. Small and roundish green eggplant, native ampalaya (the small one, remember), okra, diced tomatoes, boiled in fish bagoong. hmmmm... yummy...hehehehe ;p

my favorites are bopis, sisig, lechon kawali, pork adobo, laing, bistek tagalog, bicol express, beef caldereta, lapu-lapu sarciado, kilawin tangigue, and grilled seafood. pinoy cuisine is still the best.

I have never tried any philopino food so it would be nice if you could post for us a good traditional philipino recipe for the rest of us that haven't tried it..thanks..

Mine would definitely be balot, danggit and halo-halo.. :) I just love to eat them, definitely could them everyday.. hehe I'm not stating or siding into these foods just because I'm a Filipino but they just taste so delicious, you could really ask for more..

I like dried fish, fish paste, sinigang, nilaga and my comfort food CPA (chicken/pork adobo). I also know how to prepare these types of filipino dishes, and there are alot of other filipino foods that I like. The examples that I gave above are just a small number of the dishes that I like to eat, there are still more that I am not familiar at but would love to experience and taste it..
