are looks important in a patner?

do you think looks are important in your partner or do you go more on there personality? i think my husband has both he has sexy blue eyes and a cracking personalitiy i was attracted to him the moment i saw him.

I would have to say that looks aren't important, but there has to be something about the man that attracts you -- and I don't mean his money. If he has a lot of money, that's just a fringe benefit -- it shouldn't be a necessity.

Good looks are important but good character to me is more important. For example, some can have good looks but very saucy, rude, proud, flippant, i can't stand such!

I wouldn't depend solely on looks because they can fade away so I will have to go with personality. A great personality on an ugly man can make him extremely attractive.
