How would you know if you are pregnant?

The symptoms were screaming 'I am pregnant' but I'm denying it because I was a little young then. Though when my I decided to buy a home pregnancy test, I can't deny anymore much more when I went for an ultrasound and saw a little baby inside my tummy.

It's not always possible i don't think. The only reason we had an incling i was pregnant was because my partner said i was moody - i didn't notice this myself & had no signs of morning sickness. I also couldn't go on my period coz i have never been regular so i was used to it being late or not coming at all! I think the safest way to be sure is to do the test though.

The symptoms will tell you. I've been pregnant 5 times and have never had a pregnancy test.

I think it depends on your body and how well you know your body. My sister-in-law has been pregnant 6 times (3 were miscarriages), and she experienced different symptoms with each one. Some she got morning sickness, some she was completely bedridden. I think the home test or going to the doctors is really the best way to be positive. But you know your body better than anyone else, and if you think there is something going on, then chances are your right.

if you have a basis or reason to think your pregnant then you could be. symptoms could tell you you are pregnant but they are not enough. in rare cases there are symptoms similar to pregnancy that could be a sign of other health condition. for example an enlarge abdomen could be caused by a tumor. so to be sure it's better to have a pregnancy test or better yet consult your doctor
