What is a Poem???

For me its a way of exploration of someone's thoughts in a very true and humble manner. It's how one thinks the things are showing his/her emotion,feelings and pure thoughts in simple lines ending up with his/her conclusion. As far as Oxford Dictionary describes it, it's a metrical composition or an elevated compostion in verse. Poet is drived by the inspiration,and makes sure that the perfect meaning and idea of words doesn't get lost forever. When ever we grab a piece of paper and write our thoughts or our interpretation of a big event or a thing in just some small line, thats when we are actually writing one without even knowing that we did writo one. Sometime we think that writing poetry is easy,it just flows out every word is perfect and we must not edit it or we'll certainly going to loose the real concept of it.And sometimes we do think that we aren't good at this thing and we must stop doing that and thats just not the right approach to yourself and to the poetry. The words we choose to express our feelings and emotions,sometimes the words do need some polishing,depthness and more professional sound to get our message conveyed more accurately.But the true thoughts of one's is called the "Soul of the Poetry". As with any kind of writing,we genrally write about the things that inspires us and have strong connection with us,even sometimes it seems trivial but if its causing some strong reaction,than we'll be able to write more honeslty and stronlgy.
