Doubts about dragonball sereis

Broly the legendary super saiyan ! - The legendary super saiyan Broly. The baby saiyan who was born with a powerlevel of 10,000 at birth, who was ordered by king vegeta to be killed, who survived the attempt and returned to take revenge on Kakarott a.ka. Goku who used to disturb him as a child.

Do any of you guys have doubts about the greatest anime ever created? The dragonball? If you have then let others know about it. I have a doubt myself. "Can only pureblood saiyans transform into SSJ4 or can halfbloods do it too? Please tell me your answer.

in DragonBall GT goku needed to grow his tail to become SSJ4 and vegeta needed to turn into a great ape using the blutz waves to aquire his SSJ4 form becuase he didnt have his tail. in DragonBall GT Old Kai said that the source of a Sayains power comes from the tail. so I think that as long as the saiyan has a tail they can become SSJ4. Example when Gohan was a child he had a tail but as an adult he didn't but if he got his tail by growing it back he would be able to become SSJ4 if he had the power to do it.
