I'm currently running Ubuntu Linux 6.10 on my main PC, and I have a couple old computers that I haven't set up yet; one has Mac OS X, the other Windows 98 (which will soon be replaed with Puppy Linux).

I currently have two operating systems installed on my computer: Linux and Windows. The microsoft operating system is windows xp, I use it very rarely. The Linux distribution is Mandriva 2006 and I use it almost always. I use Linux more because of many reasons: - Linux is virus free, - Linux is more stable than windows, - Linux doesn't suffer of fragmentation, - Linux is faster than windows, - Linux has a lot of software.

I am using windows XP but I've only just got it. For the last five years I had windows ME and I had no problems with it. It worked fine for me and was easy to understand. I am not sure if I really want Vista. I think it has too many controls and invades the privacy of the individual. It enables Microsoft to record everything you do on your computer. I really would like to have a Linux system though but I'm not that much of an expert. ;-)

I still have: Windows XP, Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 3.1, and DOS. :) Notice I don't have Windows ME. I didn't buy that junk... it was bad even when it came out! I know a couple people who still have it too, yikes. I still haven't tried VISTA. Any good?

I still use XP SP2, I've looked at vista but I dont like the idea of the start button being gone and I know you can add it again with the registry but thats more work then I want to do. I'm thinking of builing a computer and putting win. 95 on it just for the hell of it.. a super computer with win 95. ha
