Problem installing Advanced Excel Report component in Delphi 7

My name is Theo and I'm stuggling to install a "working" Advanced Excel Report component into my Delphi7 IDE. I do get it installed but then when I compile and run my .dpr it gives an error msg : "File not found : 'EXLReportExcelTLB.dcu'"...Can some one pls tel me what to do, or step-by-step how to install the component from scratch.

There is a step by step how you put the component in delphi. if you do it wrong the component will not work.
