How would you like your steak to be cooked?

Steak. It's my favorite expensive food but I don't eat regularly. I believe some of us here in mylot likes and dislikes eating steak. So if you like eating steak, how would you like your steak to be cooked? I prefer to be cooked medium rare as it's gotta be the best and the meat is just succulent. After it's been cooked, I would like to have mushroom sauce to be put on top of steak and with french fries and salad with thousand island dressing. For the drink I'll just have coke.

I prefer medium rare also, with a little A-1 sauce on top. Love mushrooms along with it, and some big ol' steak fries. Yum!

I am a steak lover and die hard one at that.
I have always wanted mine rare, bleeding inside and just a little bit brown on the outside. In fact I have actually gotten mad at the restaurants of today when I go there to order meat and they say, "we can do medium" then they bring me the meat and it's WELL done instead.
Steak is meant to give us nutrients and I'm a firm believer that if it's cooked too much then we loose those nutrients and then all we are eating is FAT.
