Would you sign a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) form in the hospital?

I watched an episode of House MD and it was about a guy who signed a waiver to be on the DNR list- which means upon his confinement in the hospital, anytime that his condition would go into code blue or if his condition starts to worsen and he dies, he is not to be resucitated in any way. Would you like this option too as well or would you rather be revived even with the high risk of having a vegatative state? ...for me.. i would rather just die naturally than live and be a burden to the people who's going to take care of me..
