The Attorney Generals aid is invoking her 5th ammenment rights of self incrimination. I think it is a good move after seeing what happened to Scotter Libby. I think the Libby case is going to hurt Law Enforcement because people will be afraid to talk if they can't remember every single detail. With the media assuming everyone they do not like is guilty they get to convict the person in the press before the trial. What happened to innocint until proven guilty. If the AG's Aid were your client what would you advise her to do?
