Just a few minutes ago I heard during an update on the Attorney General problem Matt Lauer was discussion the situation arising over Monica Goodling's decision to plead the Fifth Amendment. During the live interview the other other person (forgot his name) referred to the lady in question as being Monica LEWISNKY -- oops! He caught himself and changed it to Goodling!! I thought to myself will the name Monica Lewinsky always be on every-ones mind when there is any political scandal?? Your comments?

LOL! I am from Canada and never heard of Monica Goodlings until very recently, but when I first read your note I thought it did say Lewinski as that name in Washington means more than the other one!Lewinski will be a page in the history of the Presidency and because it was forbidden,it will be remember forever.Thank you for the laugh.

Probably. I felt so sorry for that poor kid. They never should have put her through that. Watching those dirty old men quiz her and knowing every one of them probably had skeltons aplenty in their own closets made me sick. Hopefully, Monica is married by now, has a different last name and doesn't give a hoot.

That's pretty funny. The Today show doesn't start here for another 20 minutes and I have to get the kids up and get to work, but I'm going to DVR it for later! I think people do subconciously think "Lewinsky" when there is a scandal in Washington involving a Monica. It sounds like this guy's mouth moved faster than his brain for a second.
