Sister Act

Before I was preparing myself to work, I was looking for some old DVDs my Dad bought and saw the movie entitled "Sister Act". I know a lot of you have seen this too and still, this is one of the movies I would still enjoy watching. Until now, the songs keep on repeating on my head. lol:) They had sang good songs and depicted moral lessons both to the Catholic Church and to the Catholic community as well.

"Sister Act" is one of my favorite movies of all time, and the sequel, "Sister Act II, Back in the Habit" as well. I couldn't tell from your comments if you knew that the songs they sang were from the 50's and 60's and were reworded by Sister Mary Clarence (Whoopi) and as a part of the theme to get people interested (through music) in going to Church again was very moving. I loved it and I could watch this movie again and again. I always hoped Whoopi Goldberg would come out with a Sister Act III. LOL

Oh really? Well, I never thought those were songs from the 50's and 60's. So meaning, these are revivals? Well, if they are, then they are such a wonderful revivals. I like their songs a lot. ANd yeah! I agree. Hope there will be another Sister Act III. :)
