Oh good, I thought I was the only one who haven't seen a falling star. I would loooovvveee to see one. No, I don't believe it's lucky but I think it would be a beautiful sight.

Oh, the only thing you need to know is which night to watch the sky. Every year there are two periods when The Earth passes through areas of the Solar System densly populated with meteors. Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact date.
Once in the summer (around july 20) and once in the spring or autumn (but I never saw taht meteor shower, it's always clouded).

Yes, I have seen plenty of falling stars and it is such a neat thing to see. I have wished on the falling stars that I have seen...lol Once it was very early hours of the morning and I was driving to work. I noticed something out of the corner of my eye and looked that way and then something in another area..and I kept seeing things all over the sky. It was a large number of falling stars. I didn't know what was going on but it was a beautiful sight. I was somewhat confused at why so many stars were falling at once. When I arrived at work I was talking to some older ladies about it and they said it was a meteorite shower. It was really cool, it was the first time I had ever witnessed anything like that. Thanks for the post.
