how do i paste ads in my blog

i have been encountering problems trying to paste ads on my blog but not going through,it not that i dont have ads but it is only showing at the the of the blog,i need more ads on my sidebar and on other places on my blog.for those that have been earning from othe pay per click,get paid to read like teasure tropper and the resthow do i advertise their service on my blog.
