Cholestrol free meat diet

I want advice...help....I am looking for a cholestrol free fatty meat diet. I love to eat red meat a lot specially the red meat that has a lot of greasy fat and spice in it. sadly this has a lot of cholestrol and I worry too much........advise me please

i have never heard of a cholesterol-free fatty meat diet yet coz fat is a source of cholesterol and triglycerides. the best advice i can give you is limit your intake of red meat until you can live without it. remember, it's not just high blood pressure that can develop. you can get one of the worst diseases mankind suffers from - CANCER. high bp can be controlled with proper medication, but cancer? no..tumours can be removed or prevented from getting bigger using surgery, chemo, or radiation therapy, but cancer cells cannot be removed and prevented from spreading. it's really scary.
