What subject are you struggling with most in school?

My Environmental Systems and History classes are my biggest burdens this semester. I've never been great at science, and with a class that combines several sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, etc.), my ES class has been brutal. I'm struggling to get a B. I don't know what my problem is with History. I'm majoring in History, so you think it'd be easy! I have a test coming up this Friday and I'm very, very nervous. I'm pretty sure it's the difference between me passing and failing the class.

Hi Aso322. :) First and foremost, it's not only you who's struggling with History. When I was still in my highschool and college years, History and Filipino subjects were among the subjects I've been struggling. :) Well, I'm a Filipino and speaks our national language which is Tagalog. But I'd rather write something in English than speak our national language. Maybe because most of the medium of language here in the Philippines is English, even in schools, offices, etc. That's why when we're gonna learn out native tongue, kinda hard. :(. When it comes to History, I hate memorizing the all the dates back then. I have a hard time memorizing those people and heros in the past. :) History is interesting but sometimes, teachers affect the subject too. If the subject and the teacher himself is boring, everyone will get really bored too. :)

This is true, having a teacher can really make or break a class. I've had classes whose subject I wasn't interested in at all, but it ended up being a great experience because of a fun, interesting teacher.

My worst subject this semester is history as well and I can't believe I'm failing that class currently. It's supposed to be a pretty easy class, but I'm having a hard time with it. I don't like how the teacher teaches. He just talks the entire time, doesn't really give us any ideas on to what to write down or study. I hate it. I have a test coming up after spring break, so a few weeks from now and I'm nervous. If I don't pass this test, my final and get a good grade on the paper, I think I'm going to fail that class! And I've been doing so well too.

This quarter, my scariest class is organic chemistry. My scariest class always tends to be whatever class has the most reading. This quarter, this is it.

This is my last semester and I have one FLIT class and the rest are English courses...so none of my classes are hard. I haven't had a hard class since i changed my major to something that I actually liked. You know what they say, do what you love and you'll never work again.

The subject I have had the hardest time with has to be General Forensic Science. I love the class, but all the memorization of terms is really difficult for me. Physical Sciences have never been my strong point though, so it's a good thing I'm majoring in Political Science. =)
