How do i built muscles without any equpment ?

no weights just bare hands and i need muscles on my stomach and around my arm. like what types of exercises and how do i do the excercises

I think u r much interested in physique, bcoz I found lots of post which u have posted is related to health and physique. We cannot built muscles without any equipement, but we can keep our body fit. Push-ups upto 100 in two or three cycles helps our body to be fit. If we have to build our muscles, they naturally we have to go to a professional Gymnasium/Health center and practise. Please don't try exercise without proper guidance from a professional trainer.

Leg lifts will strengthen the stomach muscles and are some of the hardest to do many of. We must keep it up if we want it to work.

You need a book. Fitness for Dummies, I can give you a whole bunch of exercises. Jumping jacks leg lifts push ups running in place jump roping resistance exercise
