workout in the morning?

Is it ok to work out when you first wake up in the morning? even though it seems i feel weak when i first wake up?

Yes, it is always better to workout in the morning, but before starting workout please brush your teath, so that the air inhaled will be pure. Always try to finish all the workouts before sun-rise, it is always better. A fresh bath after a workout makes u feel fresh for the whole day, but mind that u have give a gap of atleast 30 minutes between your workout and your bath.

I wouldnt overlook the benefits of exercise anytime of day though if you find it hard to exercise in the morning.

basically, there's no recommended time for exercising. anytime for the day is good for exercising. doing workouts early morning right after waking up is great for the body since it would condition and 'wake up' the muscles for the entire day. people feel they're weak waking up in the morning and that makes it the right time to exercise to make one more alive and active for the day. but dont forget to do some stretching so as not to injure or damage the muscles
