what makes google (nearing to) the no 1 company in the world????

i believe its the work culture and the employee value of the ppl working in google makes it the top company on the world...recently i have seen a video on why it is considered to be the fastest growing company....best minds there are given freedom to come up with creative ideas.... all the facilities given to employees to make them utmost comfortable in their work....no hard fast rules for the employees which normally makes ppl a bit restricted.... this and so many other reasons....so what you ppl think??
