Does moderators in runescape get paid?

Would be good to get paid lol... I am a player mod on my lvl 40 skilling account.. Believe me you don't get paid a cent from jagex being a player mod.. (volunteer work) Unless your a Jagex moderator then you actually work for Jagex Inc.

no they dont. they dont receive real life money and they certainly dont get runescape money. mods are just there because they themselves are active players and can stop abuse in game. but they dont get paid in anyway. only the people that WORK for jagex gets paid. like the programmers of the game e.t.c

this is soooooooo not true. Player mods dont get payed for their effort, no exp, no special rewards nothing. the only thing they get is a silver crown(wow thats so cool....) and the ability to lock players. howevery jagex mods get paid, but this is common sense lol.

Player mods do not get paid at all. Jagex moderaters are employed by Jagex so they do get paid. All player mods get is a crown right next to their name and the ability to talk to you when your public chat is off.

Thats is false. 1) That would mean they would get 2.4m per day 2) It would cause inflation of items, which Jagex are trying to prevent though Con skills and such.

yeah that definitely isn't true haha. But if it was i'd definitely save my aggression for stupid players so i could become mod =D
