I'm a Filipino-Chinese, I know how to speak Chinese but I'm not an expert like my parents are.. :) That would mean you're a great cook them, can I have a taste of your soup too? hehe I really wanted to learn how to cook so that someday when I get married my husband and kids will love them too.. Don't feel sad, just think that when there are people leaving there would also be people arriving.. :) I just made that to cheer everyone up.. :) tsai chian - goodbye hehe

wo xiang shuo hao zhongwen ! Xie Xie. Thanks for giving me some sentences to learn. I only know before these phrases: Ni hao. Ni hao ma? xie xie. AND Wo ai ni. I listen to lots of chinese songs, but it doesn't help me with the chinese.

You are too funny yanjiaren!! I am not chinese but I love the traditional ways of the chinese and their food (not the carnivel food). I used to make a lot of chinese food for my mom and I have to say I liked it better than the resturant food. Good luck on the friend catching!

Yanny my dear. Here I am. You know I'm a true Chinese blood. Sadly, I don't know how to make dumplings either. I do cook Chinese dishes. Just the basic one. I also noticed that its kind of boring here nowadays. Maybe most of the members are still sleeping or doing other things. :)

Me! I love cooking and am a not-bad cooker (remarked by my husband). To cook dumpling is simple and easy. You need stuffing and skin to be ready. Skin: I usually made them myself. But you can always find them in supermarkets, especially Chinese food markets. The skins are round and packed in little plastic bags. In the frozen food region or fridge, you can easily find them. Stuffing: It is easy or difficult depending on what you like. I've made zucchini, leek, napa, shrimp, meat ect. stuffings. Let me know which one you want (or maybe which one your husband wants?) :P
