When you wake up in the morning feeling like, 'Oh no not another morning. I surely don't want to endure another agonizing day. What reason is there for getting up anway. Oh. Oh. Woe is me.' What do you do about it to allieve it. Do you just bow down to the misery and take a drink or some other drastic, non uplifting program. Or do you jump on it and do something that is not only uplifting and motivating for youself and also for someone else? This morning as I arose from my sleep and that foul meloncholy spirit had the nerve to try to attach itself to me and I jumped on it and rebuked it in the name of Jesus and loosed the spirit of joy upon me and it left immediately. It's assignment was aborted. Then I read a few uplifting scriptures and started giving God, Jesus and Holy Spirit all the praise honor and glory. I looked unto the hills from which my help comes. I lifted up holy hands unto the Lord. In the presence of the Lord is fullness of joy forever more. We don't have to accept any bad thoughts that come at us.Expose them and tell them that you're not gonna accept them and be gone in the name of Jesus; just like you wouldn't accept a package from a dielivery man. When you make a demand on the name of Jesus He, Jesus will do it for you so that your joy may be full. Praise God for his joy.

There are days when I feel upset for no reason when I get up.I have tried to understand why this happens without much success. The only reason that comes to my mind is that I woke up from a bad dream ,but didn't remember the dream that upset me.I hate to be down when I get up because from past experiences I know the day that doesn't begin well for me doesn't have pleasant things in store. So,I make an earnest effort to lift up my mood.I do one of the two things.Either I switch some very catchy song that I love to hear and start exercising in the room. This takes out the hint of depression out of my mind and body and sooner than I can realise ,I get a new start to my day.The other thing I do is to logon to internet and visit some very nice site.It could be a Jokes site or check my inbox for a friend's email.Anything that is song to my ears :).That is how I like to restart my day when I feel a hint of melancholy.

Those are very great ideas, Bluewings. I also love to listen to uplifting music. And sometimes I also go to the internet or to my email and look to hear some good news. That part you mentioned about bad dreams and not remembering them when you've awakend I never thought about that. Maybe I'll look into it. You have a wonderful and joyful day. Joy keeps us alive and strong to conquer the day.

I guess this can happen to anyone. And yes, it has happened to me. For some, religion comes as a savious, for some, it is their passion for somethin (like their work) and for some, it can be simply love. Anyway, most of us do overcome that feeling, don't we?
