Death by Drowning?

I have always heard that drowning is the most peaceful way to die. Of course I do not wish to die or wish death upon anyone else. If you could choose the way that you died, What would it be and why? Thanks for any responses.

I have always heard that being suffocated is the worse way to die and drowning is being suffocated, so I don't see how that is peaceful. How can being suffocated be peaceful? I would just want to die in my sleep. Now that is peaceful.

I would choose to die in my sleep. I don't think there's a better way to go.
