Cherry Walnut Salad

20 large marshmallows
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups maraschino cherries
1 cup whipped cream
Dissolve marshmallows in milk using a double broiler. Add nuts and cherries and fold in whipped cream. Freeze until mushy and then beat well. Freeze until firm.

Oh my gosh, another keeper for me. I will have to pick up some of the ing. this weekend, and try it. I really am enjoying your posts, and saving so many of these awesome receipes. Wow this sounds really yummy you are making me hungry lucky for me I am going to have my lunch in just a few minutes so that will stop the hunger but thank you for such a lovely recipe Sandra and I am going to give you an a + for this recipe and keep it in my folder so I can make this.

This sounds really, really good. I am planning to try it out for Easter...It will make a nice addition to our brunch spread. Actually, I may not wait that long to try it out ! Thanks so much for sharing it with us !
