1 cup lowfat cottage cheese 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1/2 t lemon juice 1 pkt Equal artificial sweetener Mix well. Refrigerate and serve.

I need to try this as I am a sour cream fiend! I could eat it with a spoon. I did try a recipe similar to this once, but it had a "grainy" texture. I've never seen it with the artificial sweetener though, so I'll give it a try. Thanks!
