What is your opinion on things we are drinking today? Most dentists will tell don't drink soda, drink water anything that doesn't have alot of sugar. This is because the sugar sticks to the enamel on your teeth at night and eats away at it. However can you really believe that your teeth are that sensitive, and that dentists don't drink anything but water? What do you think, should we drink water only? SilentRose

water is much better in term of hygiene, but i think soda should be treated as a treat, soda shouldnt replace water. i would drink soda, but limit to maybe a couple times a week.

I think water should be your primary drink of choice - though drnking a soft drink once in a while wont hurt you either. But to keep hydrated and to flush toxins out of your body you should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

In my opinion we should drink water more often than soda and especially at night before going to bed. I have read it in many different sites and articles that the fizzy drinks are really bad for our bones and teeth. I tried it once and can I say I actually believe it. Like once I drank coke and afterwards I felt my teeth were a little weird like there was something stuck on them. I can't explain it but when I slid my teeth over each other, they weren't so smooth like they usually are. So I concluded that those articles were right about these drinks not being good for us. I believe we should have a healthy and balanced diet so I drink loads of water and normally prefer water over soda nowadays.
