Apart from all the lotions that are good for sunburns, I like to suggest aloe vera leave for sunburns. If you happen to have it just apply on the affected area.

What I have found has helped me is taking Vit. E before you go out in the sun and after you come back in...Take like 400iu...Also a cream with Vit E in it will also help, it will help take some of the sting out.. The lotion I use to use was called Witch Hazel...Not sure it is around anymore as I haven't gone out into the sun for sun bathing in a long time...But that is just a few ideas for you. I hope it helps....

you can use a sunblock to have your skin protected from the sun rays. also, don't scratch it for it is severely painful that can also damage your skin.

first take several tablets of tylenol as it helps to keep the sunburn from being so bad then soak in tepid water with baking soda mixed in it to soothe the burn or better yet some strong tea put into the water.this takes a lot of the sting outl
