would you take the risk to tell a friend that you love him/her? not thinking of the possible outcomes?

im the type of person who is not going to tell someone about my feelings and i would rather keep it to myself and think of what if i tell that person.. or what if i dont tell... haha i will just let myself suffer and think of "what ifs" than say to myself... " i shouldnt have"
