Should Sachin Open the batting

My biggest question is why sachin is not open the - My biggest question is why sachin is not open the batting in the limited over cricket matches.

My biggest question is why sachin is not open the batting in the limited over cricket matches. It is a must now. If i'm right i think he open the innings with shewag before 3-4 yrs ago; which was his (in fact both) best career. why don't he do that now... into my mind it is a must to indian cricket at least "NOW"; ur thoughts?
