Why don't people report these scams out there to the BBB?

I've been scammed a few times, and I make a point of making sure that no one is scammed like me... First of all let me explain what a scam is for those that whine because they couldn't make it with some work at home thing and call it a scam just because.. Say it was a work at home thing like stuffing envelopes (they are all scams) You send in a check for your supplies they are suppose to send and you never recieve them. You try every phone number you can find and the phone just rings and rings. You even mail them a letter saying what's going on and please give me my money back... No reply... that is a scam... they took your money and won't even speak to you about a refund and they don't even respond to you at all... What do you do... A. Sit there and say your a fool and move on because after all it was only $30. B. Report them to the BBB and they go after the company to try to get your money back and if they do fail at least you know that the report is with them so anyone else looking into that company will see they are a bad company. Anything that is legit will at least try to help and would give you your refund if they care at all about their reputation. If you can't get anyone on the phone or when you do they actually tell you "tough luck" We don't give refunds and hangs up on you... report them please!!! And help others!!!
