Miscommunication

I was really sad this evening because I was scolded by my father. Just awhile ago after strolling in the mall with friends, I texted my father to come and fetch me. Usually, I do call him and not just text. Now, he didn't reply for about 10 minutes and for me I thought maybe he didn't get my message and decided to go home. The problem was he went there and texted me that he is in that mall and I was already at home. He came home angry and I just rationalized that he didn't text me a response. I just felt so bad because I didn't mean to make him feel that way. This is one of those times that really makes me so emotional. Oh well. Talking about modern technology and it's benefits.

Oh well I think that a lot of times with older people that it is best to ring them and not just text them then you both understand more of what exactly is going on it is ok with you younger ones as you always are doing this with each other.
