My daughter will be 1 tomorrow!! It's hard to believe it's already been a year. It seems like I just brought her home from the hospital yesterday. Of course, it doesn't seem like my son should be turning 16 this year but he will in May. Why does time go so fast? Remember when you were young, it took FOREVER for christmas to get here. Now it seems like life is speeding up. I guess that's why it's important to enjoy every moment we have and let those we love know how important they are to us.

I know exactly what you mean. I can't believe how fast time goes by. I was looking at a picture the other day of my daughter and I from like 7 years ago and I didn't recognize myself. When did we start to look old? I don't see wrinkles, but I don't look young and innocent anymore. I don't understand what happened. I guess I never thought I would become that person who looks at children and says "you are getting so big, where did the time go?" But I am and I even say it to the mirror.

I know exactly what you mean!!! My daughter turned 4 a couple of months ago, and now I am looking for a school for next year. When she was born, people would say to me cherish every moment that you have with her as the time will go very fast. I never believed them, and used to laugh it off. Well, they were right!!! Cherish every moment, learn with them and learn from them. Enjoy every precious second.

Yes i felt the same. I just recently gave birth with my second daugther and now she already can giggle and smiles and chuckles. It is amazing seeing your own blood reacting to sorrounding in as early as two months old.

That is exactly what happens when we have to be responsible in life and everyday it is something different. Life is no longer carefree as it was when we were growing up. Trust me I know how fast time is going by, my baby is now 4! It makes me feel so old and I know that I am not.

I think about that everytime the weekend gets here. When I was little, I remember how slowly a week would go by. Now, it's like time is speeding up. My daughter just turned 5 and it still seems like a year ago that she was born.
