Have you been confined in the hospital?

When was the last time you were confined in the hospital? What were you diagnosed of? I hate to be confined in the hospital because it seems it makes me more sick.
I've been confined couple of times. First was due to Typhoid fever when I was still 9 years old. Good thing that I was able to cope with it.
And the last time was way back 5 years ago. I was diagnosed with diarrhea that caused my intenstine to get wounded. That's why I was confined for almost two weeks. I even had a colonoscopy at that time to check what's really wrong with my intestines and with my stomach. And there they found out that my intenstine's wounded that caused me to have sever stomach ache and pains.

The last time I was confined was when I was yet a first grader where I needed to excuse myself from my classes for almost two weeks and stay in the hospital for so. It was pretty scary though coz I was diagnosed with a dengue fever and the doctor told my parents that had they brought me to the hospital even just a few hours later, they're afraid they won't be able to save me.. *sigh*
and worse is after a couple of days of staying in the hospital while waiting for my blood platelet level to increase, some chickenpox started growing all over my body... I felt so down that time and thought I won't be able to cope with those two acute diseases...
but my parent's prayers (and also mine) are just so powerful that I still made it after a couple of weeks. Thanks God!
